Privacy without a profile.
This policy explains how SUR handles information in connection with Alba Stats and this website. Alba Stats is presented as a local-first productivity tool and SUR does not maintain personal user profiles or a server-side database of app activity.
Privacy Overview
Alba Stats is designed for task planning, priorities and productivity insights without requiring an account. The app does not need a SUR user profile for normal use.
Information Collection
SUR does not collect personal information such as your name, phone number, location or account credentials through normal use of Alba Stats.
App Data
Task titles, notes, categories, priorities and progress information may be stored locally on your device when used by the app. Local device storage is not a SUR server-side user database.
Website Data
This static website has no account system, login or customer database. SUR does not intentionally use this site to build personal behavioral profiles.
Local Storage
Where Alba Stats stores task or preference data locally, that data remains under the control of the device and is not treated as remotely retained account data by SUR.
Third-Party Services
The site links to Google Play. When you follow that link, Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply to your interaction with Google Play.
Security
Because SUR does not maintain a personal-data account database for Alba Stats, the amount of user information held on SUR-controlled systems is minimized.
Data Retention
No personal user data is retained by SUR through normal use of Alba Stats. SUR does not maintain personal user profiles or a server-side database of tasks, productivity statistics or other normal in-app activity.
Data Deletion
Because SUR does not maintain a server-side personal profile for normal Alba Stats use, there is normally no server-side app profile to delete. Locally stored app data can be removed using relevant device/app controls or by uninstalling the app, where applicable.
Email Correspondence
If you voluntarily contact SUR by email, your message is handled as correspondence. You may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence where legally applicable.
Children
Alba Stats is a general productivity tool and SUR does not knowingly create profiles of children or intentionally collect personal information from children through normal app use.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated if the app, website or applicable requirements change. Material changes should be reflected on this page.
